Special consideration was given to high humidity conditions in the pool area. Slate windowsills, specially treated cedar walls, high humidity fans, and an automated solar pool cover were some of the special design elements incorporated to counteract the high humidity conditions.

In addition to the pool area, a master bedroom suite, guest suite, two green houses, and a media room with a wet bar were also added.
